The club contains more than 40 private-member cabins spread across the 6800 acre lease. All cabins have less than 500 sq ft of living space, an outhouse, and were built by current or past members. They are maintained by individual members or groups of members according to regulations set forth by Lyme and the Club by-laws. Only current members may purchase cabins that come up for sale by other members. A few of the private member's cabins are pictured below.
