Robinwood Park has a limit of 125 full time members, who pay annual dues (currently $600 to $650 per year) which cover the period of May 1 (current year) to April 30 (following year). Full-time members are allowed year-round access to the property, use of club cabins (or one of the private cabins if so affiliated), free access for their spouse and children (under 18 years old, in school, or in the military), use of about 20 miles of dirt roads, and access to several lakes within and adjacent to the Club boundaries. Restricted winter-snowmobile memberships ($100) and small-game hunting memberships ($150) are available during the winter months. All members and quests are expected to read and adhere to Club by-laws, respect other members (and their rights and property), and steward the forest lands that we lease from Lyme Timber.
Because the club recently pruchased a large portion of the property (about 4100 acres), all new members will be required, starting on December 1st 2010, to pay a one-time $500 initiation fee. This fee is non-refundable during the first 5 years. After 5 years, this fee will convert to a unit that is owned by the member and which can be resold to other members at its current resale value.
While the total number of memberships to Robinwood Park is limited, we are sometimes below the maximum. Please contact us you are interedted in membership availability or if you would like a tour of the Club. You may also download a membership application, and forward it to the club secretary to be added to our waiting list. The secretary will contact you if memberships are available.
